For everyone who wanted to know... Court went really well for us. We got all the placement with Master's daughter that we were asking for and then some. The ex tried to make more rules for us to follow and the judge threw out her proposal after getting lost for the 4th time on it and went with what we had. The lawyer told us that all information we had gathered before hand had gone to to the judge and he read through it so he knew what we had to deal with with the woman. It was awesome when he told her, "You have no control. I have the control" then turned around and gave us everything we requested. So after putting it all the calendar we actually have almost as much time with the kiddo as the mother does. Not quite as much but we do have to deal with school year. The kiddo does have to attend school. So yay on that. Now we have the money issues to deal with and then we are done with this woman! Woot!
But barely. Originally my doc figured I had swine flu but i went to the hospital and they figure that yes I had a virus but not the swine flu and that my asthma exacerbated it. Yippee... so they put me on prednisone for 5 days and at the moment I can sit up at the computer but am not able to hang out all day yet as I still get pretty light-headed. But the good news is at the moment I can breathe again and I'm up to solid foods again. Master's mom had the same thing and lost 30 pounds but I didnt lose an ounce so am pretty bummed out about that. Anyway, I am back and hopefully will be a bit more active on the site as my energy allows.
Wow so i havent been around much the last couple of weeks and for that I apologize. Thank you everyone for all the comments. I would respond personally but theres a heck of a lot of them. So where have I been you ask? Well, aside form working nights and sleeping most of the day away, I've been working on my new business. I also have a family that seems to want my attention every chance they can get it. Here's what happened over the last week.... Got off work Tuesday morning and spent most of the day asleep. Woke up and went to run pay my bills since it was payday. Three and half hours of running around like a chicken with my head cut off. Then home to sleep a little more. Wednesday morning got up and tried to get some laundry done but had to run around with Master some more. I finally told him "Alright I have been in public enough take me home." Thursday I hermited and FINALLY got the laundry done but then had to meet with my business upline for some training. Friday we spent 8 hours picking up the kidlet from her momma. Saturday I spent all day in Madison at a business meeting. Didnt get home till 3 am. Sunday we had the kidlets and a friend of theirs for the day and when everyone finally went home at 5 I laid down and went to sleep. Monday met with Master's customer and made plans for me to help with the design work on her remodeling jobs then came home and listened to business CDs and read business books till 5am when I finally couldnt keep my eyes open any more. Last night was back to work and I just woke up a little while ago and am about to head back to bed for a couple of hours before I go into work again. This is slightly nuts my life. I need to get better organized or something.

In order not to spam anybody cus I know how much we all hate that, I have decided to blog this instead of writing everyone individually. Aside from working nights and being here as much as possible, I recently started my own business. You have probably seen it featured on Oprah, Rachel Ray and General Hospital to name a couple of places its been. It's called MonaVie and its rocking the Health and Wellness industry. I can tell you as a plain jane ordinary every day sort of girl this stuff is AWESOME!!!! Most of y'all know that I have Fibromyalgia and for those of you that have it also you know what getting out of bed in the morning is like. Since I have been using this juice on a regular basis I can actually move! It's wonderful! I love moving! I didnt realise how much I missed out on until I could move again. Okie dokie, I'm off for the next 8 days and will be around as much as i possibly can be. I have groups to catch up and more than a few to actually do something in since I am a member lol.I hate belonging to groups and doing nothing in them so hopefully will have much to add over the next few days. This is sort of my "apologise for posting like a madwoman" blog. See y'all soon.
We're seeing the lawyer today. And going to report this to the judge presiding over the case. We already reported it to the Guardian Ad Litem but she is out on vacation for the rest of the week. Not that it would matter much with her since she is biased towards the mother in this case. She called over 400 counts of contempt of court a "misunderstanding". The Court documents are pretty damn clear even to someone who doesnt understand legalese and when it says "parent will insure" and the parent doesnt and says on every occassion possible "i dont have to" thats contempt. We found out as well what happened with the court hearing we were supposed to have this month. The Guardian Ad Litem told the judge that a settlement had been reached. No such thing has happened. And thankfully we have the emails between the last useless hearing and this one to prove it. Since January I have been faithfully documenting every single thing that the mother does that is against the court ordered documents. I have header numbers from the police reports (hers and ours), days the child has not called, and all of the mothers emails where she enforces the court documents on dad and then turns around and disobeys them herself. When we see the lawyer today we are telling him that since we paid him $1000 we want a hearing. We paid for it and we are going to get it. We are also filing with the State Regulatroy Board against the Guardian Ad Litem. According to everything I have read it's next to impossible to get a GAL removed from a case unless you can prove misconduct. Which we can. The GAL blackmailed Master by saying that if he didnt agree to her plan he would not be allowed time with his child.The GAL herself has withheld custody from Master in agreement with mom and against court orders. The only thing I am not sure on yet is if we can add a harrassment charge to the mom for her calling the cops on us a couple of weeks ago and trying to get them to arrest Master. That one I need to ask the lawyer about.
It's probably a good thing I am so adamant about documenting everything. Without our 2 mile long paper trail on these women iI don't think Master would stand a chance against them. But between the paper trail and now the family abduction I think we can prove that mom and the GAL are in cahoots in a campaign of intimidation and abuse against Master.
So we went to pick up Master's daughter and she was not there. Mom had said she was going to leave for her vacation today. Except that its Master's court ordered placement weekend. So legally she cant leave town with the kiddo. But she did. And she told us in a letter that she was going to. Didnt say where she was going just said she would be out of town. So now we are calling the FBI. We havent heard from Tooter in 2 weeks. And the court documents say she is to call nightly. Both mom and Tooter have the cell phone number but she hasnt tried calling on that either. We're both really concerned that mom is fleeing with the child as she is facing over 400 contempt of court charges as well as 4 withholding custody charges and 2 interfering with the placement of the child charges. According to the FBI who we just got off the phone with, its a civil matter and we have to wait until Monday morning to call the local office.Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!! Doesnt ANYBODY give a shit that this dad just wants to spend the time he is alloted by the custody agreement in peace with his family including his daughter?????????
This woman is a GRADE A CUNT! I have been living here for a year and half and there has not been a single weekend that i can remember that we have not had to fight just for the court ordered placement. This is getting ridiculous!!! Im so angry and my kiddo is hurt because she spent all week getting ready to hang with Tooter and now y'all should see her, sitting on the couch totally bummed out. She worked so hard to make the room look cool and had stuff that she wanted to do with Tooter and now the mom has denied court ordered custody.
I hope that woman loses all of whats left of her hair in a freak hairspray accident.
