Ok here are some things that I've discussed and cleared with Nadhira and we are not going to let happen / implement this time around:
We are not going to be changing bulletins to "friends only" because they are the best way to disseminate large amounts of information to everyone at once. It also keeps everyone involved with one another, even if it is only a cursory involvement.
We're going to keep navigation simple and keep the look of the site clean. We will be implementing other features slowly and making sure they work properly before rolling them out to everyone when possible.
We are allowing everyone to post anything they want as long as it is in good taste. Nadhira and the other staff members will be the judgse of whether or not something is in good taste. We're very lenient but if you post a picture of your 12 year old son screwing a gopher it will be deleted!!!
