I have been doing much soul searching the past week and I have decided that I am happy with myself. I am almost 40 years old and finally I am happy to be myself.
Sure I could lose some weight and get all toned up but I will never be a skinny twig. I have been asked several times why I chose the name "Kahlana." There is a lot of symbolism in this name for me. The main one being that it is something I have chosen it for myself. Ok here are some things that I've discussed and cleared with Nadhira and we are not going to let happen / implement this time around:
