Well, turns out hubby has bursitis, really bad. His left elbow is SOOOOOO swollen. He's okay though, has meds and everything. I have a question though, and it's really bothering me. We were on the subject of tennis elbow and the doctor said that doing squeezing exercises, like what's prescribed in p/t, is NOT good. WTF! I was told to do that when I had it AND I was even given some gooey shit to squeeze. So which is correct? To squeeze or NOT to squeeze, that is the question.
