Well, turns out hubby has bursitis, really bad. His left elbow is SOOOOOO swollen. He's okay though, has meds and everything. I have a question though, and it's really bothering me. We were on the subject of tennis elbow and the doctor said that doing squeezing exercises, like what's prescribed in p/t, is NOT good. WTF! I was told to do that when I had it AND I was even given some gooey shit to squeeze. So which is correct? To squeeze or NOT to squeeze, that is the question.

Depends on how bad it is. My sister (who is a PT) says if it hurts to squeeze, DONT. Maybe start with some gentle stretching as long as it does not make the elbow hurt worse.

Will have new pics on the website maybe tomorrow. Went to one cemetery where some kids or someone had knocked down and broken every stone! Asses.....
